YOUR FACILITATOR
Hi, I'm Jennifer.
I'm an artist, nature lover, and someone who believes that self-connection isn't a luxury. It's essential. (Sorry Maslow.)
I'm passionate about life, and I consider it my superpower. Oh, and I swear a lot. What you will get is someone who lives deeply, thinks critically, creates messily, and has learned to see herself with compassion.
Someone who has been here
Since I was a child I've had an acute awareness of the emotional weight people carry. I could sense the quiet regrets, the emotions left unspoken, and was surprised when no one else seemed to notice.
That awareness shaped how I live. It taught me to pay attention. And because of it, I have spent a lifetime trying to understand what makes us feel fully alive and what keeps us from it.
I don't want to reach the end of my life wishing I had felt more or expressed myself more. And I don't want you to either.

I live by the belief that the most important relationship of your life is the one you have with yourself. Not because others don't matter, but because this is the one you can never walk away from.
WHY THIS WORK MATTERS TO ME

Because I know what it
feels like to lose yourself
and find your way back
Because I know what it feels like to be told what you can't do. And I know what happens when you start to believe it.
People will offer you their experience as if it were a blueprint for yours.
Someone who tried and didn't make it will tell you not to try. Someone who went one way will tell you that's the only way. And because we're taught to distrust ourselves, we take their story on as our own truth. But their experience was never yours. They don't know your heart or what your intuition is guiding you toward.
This work helped me find my way back to that voice. The one that knew there was another way even when everyone around me couldn't see it.
It started as a lifeline. A way to be present with myself when no one else could be. A way to trust my own experience without needing someone else to validate it.
Over time, I learned that seeing myself asked something of me. When I witnessed my pain, could I offer care? When I allowed myself to be vulnerable, could I stay? Could I receive my own words with the attention I would give someone I loved?
The relationship grew through those responses. Through acknowledging what was hard, allowing what I felt, and learning how to be there for the person experiencing it. I began to trust myself because I was experiencing myself showing up.
Now I share this work because I want you to know yourself that deeply. To trust your instincts. To find peace in the chaos because you finally have yourself to come home to.
WHAT I STAND FOR
My beliefs that guide this work
01
My role is to guide you into your own knowing, not hand you mine.
02
You already hold the wisdom. You just have been taught to look outward.
03
The most profound healing comes from witnessing. Not analyzing. Not fixing. Witnessing.
04
Your inner experience matters, even if no one else sees it, names it, or approves of it.
05
I believe in emotional fluency, not emotional perfection.
06
Your own knowing deserves attention. You can listen, question, and discover what holds true.
