PROCESS EMOTIONS

Understanding our emotions goes beyond feeling them; it involves investigation and introspection. While it may be intimidating to delve into our emotions, exploring the reasons behind what we feel can be profoundly enlightening. When we gain awareness of why we experience a particular emotion, we empower ourselves to emotionally regulate better in similar situations. A sort of "the truth shall set you free" experience.
To aid in this investigative process, there are various prompts designed to guide you toward deeper understanding. I've crafted specific prompts for certain emotions that require a more nuanced perspective, but should still be used in conjunction with the "Processing Feelings Prompt" which can be applied to a wide range of emotions.
The different Processing Prompts available are:
